Landen Jerome drove in six runs on two hits to lead Kitigan Zibi Rez Dogs past Venosta Shamrocks 21-15 on Friday at Redhawk Field. Jerome hit a grand slam to center field in the fifth scoring four, doubled in the second scoring one, and walked in the third scoring one.
Kitigan Zibi Rez Dogs collected six hits and Venosta Shamrocks had 16 in the high-scoring affair.
Kitigan Zibi Rez Dogs opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to three walks. Kitigan Zibi Rez Dogs first got on the board when Emery Racine drew a walk, scoring one run.
